These General Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed through the Femety Switzerland online shop.

2. Scope

These Terms and Conditions apply to all orders, deliveries and services provided through our online shop. By placing an order, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

Any terms and conditions of the customer that differ from these Terms and Conditions shall only apply if we have expressly agreed to them in writing.

3. Products

We sell products in the field of personal safety, in particular the Femety Mini Alarm.

The product images and descriptions on our website are provided for informational purposes. Minor variations in colour, packaging or appearance may occur depending on the screen, production process or batch. The product description available at the time of purchase shall be decisive.

The Femety Mini Alarm is designed to attract attention in an uncomfortable or dangerous situation. It is not a substitute for contacting emergency services or seeking professional assistance and does not provide complete protection against danger.

4. Conclusion of Contract

The presentation of products in our online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but rather an invitation to place an order.

By submitting your order, you make a binding offer to purchase the selected products. The contract is concluded once we confirm your order by email or dispatch the goods.

We reserve the right to reject orders without stating a reason, particularly in the event of obvious errors, lack of availability or suspected misuse.

5. Prices

All prices are stated in Swiss francs (CHF). The prices displayed in the online shop at the time of the order shall apply.

If additional shipping costs apply, these will be shown separately during the checkout process. Prices and promotional offers may be changed at any time. For orders that have already been confirmed, the price applicable at the time of purchase shall remain valid.

6. Payment

Payment can be made using the payment methods offered in our online shop, for example:

• PayPal

• Klarna

• Other payment methods displayed at checkout

Depending on the selected payment method, payment will either be charged immediately upon completion of the order or in accordance with the terms and conditions of the respective payment provider.

7. Delivery

Orders are delivered to the shipping address provided by you.

The estimated delivery time is stated in the online shop or in the order confirmation. Delivery times are estimates and may be subject to delays in exceptional circumstances, for example due to high demand, delays caused by the shipping provider or events beyond our control.

If a product is unavailable, we will inform you as soon as possible.

8. Batteries

Unless expressly stated otherwise on the product page, batteries are not included.

Please follow the information provided on the product page and in the instructions regarding the correct and safe use of the product.

9. Returns

We offer a 14-day return period from the date you receive your order.

A return is only possible if the product:

• is unopened

• is unused

• is complete and undamaged

• is returned in its original packaging

Opened, used or damaged products cannot be returned for reasons relating to hygiene, safety and resale suitability.

The customer is responsible for the cost of returning the product unless the return is due to an error on our part.

To request a return, please contact us before sending the product back by email at kontakt@femety.ch, stating your order number.

Once we have received and inspected the returned product, we will refund the purchase price using the original payment method. Shipping costs will only be refunded if the return is due to an error on our part.

10. Defects and Complaints

Please inspect the goods upon receipt and report any obvious defects within 7 days by email to kontakt@femety.ch.

In the event of a valid defect, we may, at our discretion, provide a replacement, refund the purchase price or offer another appropriate solution.

Damage resulting from improper use, incorrect storage, excessive force, unauthorised modifications or normal wear and tear is excluded from warranty coverage.

11. Product Information and Responsibility

The Femety Mini Alarm must be used in accordance with the instructions provided.

The product must not be misused. It is not suitable as a toy and should be kept out of reach of small children.

The alarm sound can be very loud. Avoid activating the alarm directly next to the ear or in the immediate vicinity of people or animals.

The product should be protected from extreme heat, direct sunlight, moisture and improper handling.

12. Liability

We are only liable for direct damages caused by intentional misconduct or gross negligence on our part.

To the extent permitted by law, any further liability is excluded. In particular, we accept no liability for indirect damages, consequential damages, loss of profit or damage resulting from improper use of the product.

The Femety Mini Alarm is used at the user's own responsibility.

13. Vouchers and Discount Codes

Vouchers and discount codes may only be redeemed in accordance with their respective terms and conditions. They cannot be combined, exchanged for cash and may be subject to a limited validity period.

We reserve the right to modify or terminate promotional offers at any time.

14. Privacy

Information about how we process personal data can be found in our Privacy Policy.

15. Changes to These Terms and Conditions

We may amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. The version published on our website at the time an order is placed shall apply to that order.

16. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by Swiss law.

To the extent permitted by law, the place of jurisdiction shall be the registered place of business of Femety Switzerland. Any mandatory statutory places of jurisdiction remain unaffected.
